Terms of use

RefKit is free. There is no checkout, no subscription, and no licence file to buy.

1. Licence

The engine, MCP server and browser extension are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. The full text is the LICENSE file in github.com/squadic-ai/refkit. You may use, modify and redistribute that code under Apache-2.0.

The website, company canon and commercial records in the repository are not part of the open core. The RefKit name and logo are reserved — see TRADEMARKS.md.

2. What you get

On every project, with no cap:

• page capture and the design profile;
• change contracts, verification runs, accept or reject;
• memory that only a human accept may write.

There is no account. There is no key. Nothing is sent to our servers — there are none.

3. Limits of liability

RefKit is a measuring instrument. It reports what it measured and says plainly what it could not measure. It does not guarantee any particular visual result, does not edit your code, and does not decide anything on your behalf — a person applies every change.
